1) 6. Occupational Disease or Cumulative Injury
The clause has been deleted from the 2018 terms and conditions.
Reason: The deletion of this clause responds to the amendments to the Maritime Labour Convention
2006, coming into force January 2017, and the requirement for British Marine to align our terms and conditions with our competitors.
